Do you offer refunds?
Everyone's skin is different, and I understand that, so I offer a Sample Set that will allow you and your skin to get to know Me Time's multitasking skincare. It's a great introduction to our most popular skincare trio without a big commitment.
Our in-house small batch, from-scratch production process is labor-intensive, so I hope you LOVE your new skin rituals. If you're having a reaction, not loving them, or need more help with the best ways to enjoy your new skin rituals, absolutely reach out to me at hello@metimebotanicals.com so we can help. Our rituals are a lot different than other skincare lines because you can use them in so many different ways.
Q. What happens if something is damaged during shipping?
A. We package and ship all orders from our in house studio with incredible care. However, we aren't able to control what happens once your goodies leave our hands. If your order was damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at hello@metimbotanicals.com or chat with us using the online store chat feature within 48 hours of delivery so we can replace your goodies asap as a 1 time courtesy. Ensure you have selected "Package Protection when you place your order as we aren't responsible if your order was stolen or if your package shows delivered.
Q. What is not eligible for returns or store credit?
A. We do not offer store credit or returns because you don't like the smell or texture. Our products are 100% plant powered. Therefore, they have a silky soft texture, smell lightly herbal or floral. We ensure each product doesn't have an overpowering scent. The scents of products come directly from beneficial plant extracts and dissipate quickly once on skin.
A. All ingredients are listed on each product online. Please review all ingredients before purchasing if you're concerned with a potential reaction. We require items to be shipped back to us before we provide store credit due to allergic reactions. We only honor store credit for the within 30 days of order date based on the above. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. Please reach out to use via hello@metimebotanicals.com or chat with us online for return instructions.
A. After the 30-day purchasing window, we will not accept returns or allow store credit due to reaction or damage.
A. All items associated with an order that received a FREE gift with purchase are final sale as well as the Mini Simplify To Glow Set. Thus, ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit for any reason.
A. Shipping costs are not eligible for store credit or refunds.
