FAQ: Why does my device power off? Each mode last for 5 minutes, except the Cool Mode. It lasts for 2 minutes. If you're not finished with that specific mode, power The Everything Device back on, selecting the desired mode.

FAQ: Why device won't power on? If you're device is plugged in, it won't power on as a safety precaution.

FAQ: Does it hurt? EMS doesn't hurt but you'll feel the current contracting the muscle which is toning and tightening to lift, train the muscle, ramp up collagen, blood flow, stimulate cellular renewal to smooth the skin. Reducing fine lines and helping jowls, sagging skin on face and neck, and crepeyness.

FAQ: What if I don't feel it working? First make sure you're skin is wet with Hydration Boost. The EMS won't work if your skin isn't wet. EMS needs a conductor help it travel beyond the skin to the muscles. There are 3 intensities for each mode. Adjust to your desired intensity. I'd recommend starting with 1 then working your way up.
